• This program allows cooperatives and not-for-profit incorporated enterprises having a social goal to receive an aid for their project.

• The admissible expenses are: the expenses in capital expenditures except for goodwill expenses; the acquisition of technologies, software or software packages, patents etc, excluding research and development activities; the need for working capital pertaining strictly to the operations of the enterprise calculated for the first year of operation.
  
• The financial aid will be given under the form of a non-refundable grant. The amount of the aid will be determined by the investment committee of the CLD. Moreover, the combined financial aids will not exceed 80% of the admissible expenses.
