• The goal is to give the entrepreneur the necessary tools to carry through his business project and conform himself to the tax laws.

• The services offered are:
  1. Help for the preparation and start-up of expansion projects;
  2. Individual training in bookkeeping;
  3. Analysis of financial statements;
  4. Management advice (marketing, human resources, etc.).

• Here are the admissibility criteria:

• 1. The promoters must be aged between 18 and 35 years at the time of the start-up of the enterprise;
  2. The enterprises must have less than 4 years existence;
  3. The promoters can be participants of the STA or Jeunes promoteurs programs.
